<p>Now you can send and/or receive emails in your own language, if you are reside in India Google&#8217;s Gmail has announced the latest language feature pack for indians.</p>
<p>It includes:</p>
<p>Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam</p>
<p>- The interesting information is among the 5 , 4 lagnuages are from South India.</p>

<p>This new feature is available as a button in composer&#8217;s toolbar.</p>
<p>All this languages are enabled by default you may change it at any time.</p>

<p>The first button in the formating toolbar shows language options, which is a drop down menu(as above).</p>
<p>You may be the option to select your prefered language to write an email. This may help you in type or compose several language in a single mail.</p>
<p>We built this new feature using Google&#8217;s transliteration technology, which is also available on Google India Labs, Orkut, Blogger and iGoogle. This feature useful to communicate with those of your friends and family who prefer to write in their native language, and we expect it will be available to businesses and schools using Google Apps soon.</p>
